Applicants should note that:

1. 1. Form purchased must be submitted with a recent passport photograph of applicant and the Name as it appears on the receipts. Any correspondence thereafter must bear that name.

6. 6. Candidates are to come along with printed copies of all information submitted to Examination Screening Hall.
